Our goats are Kiko / Boer cross, both which have good meat qualities.
We finish them at 1-2 years of age for flavor and carcass quality. Chevon is the term for a 1-2 year old goat.
Our meat does not contain the common off flavors caused from stress and strong breeding scents.
Our finished goat meat is dry aged for about 1-2 weeks.
